Lakewood Police Station

The Lakewood Police Station is a  25,100 SF multi-level structure that includes a firing range, forensics lab, surveillance, and various alarm systems. The 1.60 acre site features an automated entry gate, covered fueling station, secure impound yard, and public plaza and parking.

Crude Oil Unloading Facility

This railcar crude oil unloading facility was fully designed in 3D, permitted, and constructed in 14 months. The project was phased for an early start on fire suppression systems and containment wall construction. The completed facility features 6 rail spurs, over 5,900 LF of track, 60 covered unloading platforms, 3 independent pump stations, and is designed to accomodate a future expansion of up to 46 additional stalls.

Harborview Marina

This Marina was constructed in the manufaturers facility and then towed to the final location for installation with new piles.  The marina utilized clear roof panels in selected locations to increase light levels in the covered boat slip areas.

The foundry expansion in the heart of Tacoma's Nalley Valley features a radiography building with walls over 8 feet thick for doing in-house x-ray and non-destructive testing of specialty castings.
